The data center is to be located in the Kulai, Johor region. With an estimated total load capacity of 500 megawatts (MW), the project will be divided into four construction phases. It is to be powered by renewable energy sources (preferably solar power), which would be located within the vicinity of the site.
Phase I is in the permitting stage and is expected to have a 48-MW load capacity, split between two data-center buildings. The targeted commercial operation date for Phase I is the second quarter of 2024.
