Phillips 66 on June 28, will shut down the 43,000-BBL/d Gas Oil Hydrodesulfurization (GOHDS) Unit 41, for four to seven days of repairs, at its 145,000-BBL/d Borger, Texas, refinery.

Valero continues with a shutdown of all units at its 95,000-BBL/d Three Rivers, Texas, refinery. The shutdown was caused by a fire on the crude unit on June 6. A restart date is undisclosed at this time.

Marathon Petroleum will perform a 35-day planned maintenance turnaround in April 2022 of the 20,000-BBL/d Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit (FCCU) Gasoline Hydrotreater (GHT) unit at its 92,000-BBL/d Canton, Ohio, refinery.

International
Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical Company Limited will begin a 50-day planned plant-wide turnaround on November 1, involving six major units, at its 300,000-BBL/d Quanzhou Refinery in China. Expectations are to complete repairs and restart the units by December 20.

Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) continues to operate the 150,000-BBL/d Crude Oil Distillation Unit (CDU) 1 at 90% at its 300,000-BBL/d Panipat Refinery in India, due to low demand resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. Separately, the 16,000-BBL/d Diesel Hydrotreater (DHDS) unit has been operating at 66%. Both units are tentatively expected to resume normal operations by June 30.

Cepsa's 221,000-BBL/d La Rabida (Huelva), Spain, refinery has been operating at 80% since late April. Four units were restarted on April 22 after being offline since October 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
