The first two phases of the project are underway, totaling more than $1.5 billion of investment, with the first phase featuring a 900,000-square-foot building complex, including 700,000 square feet for data halls and the remaining space going toward storage, administration and auxiliary buildings. Construction kicked off in 2022, and completion is expected in 2025.
