Quantum Pleasants LLC's coal-fired, 684-megawatt (MW) Pleasants 02 unit is offline due to a boiler penthouse leak at its Pleasants Power Station in West Virginia. The event is expected to end October 31.

Old Dominion Electric Cooperative (ODEC) has moved up the restart of its natural gas-fired, 171-MW Louisa 05 simple-cycle combustion turbine unit, which is offline for a major overhaul and repairs at its Louisa Boswells Tavern Peaking plant in Virginia. The restart now is expected November 6.
