North America
Consumers' Co-Operative Refineries, on April 15, started a 45-day planned maintenance turnaround of the 26,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Fluid Catalytic Cracker Unit (FCCU), 10,000-BBL/d Delayed Coker and 22,000-BBL/d Gasoline Hydrotreater at its 130,000-BBL/d refinery in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Pemex TRI, on April 19, will begin restart procedures at its 325,000-BBL/d refinery in Salina Cruz, Mexico, after being forced to shut down all processing units on April 15 due to a fire at the gasoline storage tank. Plans are to have major units back online, processing on-spec products, at approximately 50% of capacity by April 21.

International
Formosa Petrochemical Corporation (FPCC) has delayed the restart of the 180,000-BBL/d Crude 1 unit at its 540,000-BBL/d Mailiao Refinery in Taiwan, due to additional work needed. The restart now is expected by April 20.

Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) has delayed the restart of the 40,000-BBL/d Hydrocracker Unit at its 346,000-BBL/d Mina Al Ahmadi Refinery in Kuwait, due to some additional repairs needed. The restart now is expected by April 25.

Rosneft NK PAO's 240,000-BBL/d AT-12 (Crude 1) Section 1000 and 144,000-BBL/d AV-12 (Vacuum 1) Section 2000 units at its 240,000-BBL/d Tuapse Refinery in Russia, remain offline for an economic shutdown but are expected to resume operation by late April.
