LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez is performing planned maintenance on the 38,100-BBL/d ABT-1 (Crude 1) and 22,800-BBL/d ABT-1 (Vaccum 1) units at its 273,800-BBL/d Perm Refinery in Russia. Completion is expected by the end of May. Meanwhile, maintenance on the 10,400-BBL/d Catalytic Cracker KK-1 unit is ongoing and is expected to be completed in early June.
Cosmo Oil Company Limited, today May 18, began a planned turnaround of the 102,000-BBL/d Crude 2 unit at its 177,000-BBL/d Chiba Refinery in Japan. The restart is expected by May 27. Meanwhile, maintenance on the 36,000-BBL/d Residual Hydrotreater 10 is ongoing, and the restart is scheduled for June 15.
Jordan Petroleum Refinery Company Limited (JPRC) continues with an unplanned shutdown of the 17,900-BBL/d Crude Distillation Unit (CDU) 1, 12,300-BBL/d CDU 2 and 4,500-BBL/d Fluid Catalytic Cracker Unit (FCCU) at its 105,000-BBL/d Zarqa Refinery in Jordan. The units remain offline following the completion of a 57-day maintenance shutdown on February 28, and are tentatively expected to restart by July 15.
