TotalEnergies continues with unplanned repairs on the 76,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Fluid Catalytic Cracker Unit (FCCU) 2 (Unit 835) at its 190,000-BBL/d Port Arthur Refinery in Texas. Expectations now are to restart the unit by March 21. Due to the FCCU 2 leak and subsequent outage, the 40,000-BBL/d ACU (Atmospheric Crude) 2 (Unit 812) and 60,000-BBL/d Delayed Coker (Unit 860) also are shut down and are expected to be restarted when the FCCU 2 is brought back online.

PetroChina Dalian Petrochemical Company Limited began a 60-day planned maintenance turnaround involving six major units at its 410,000-BBL/d Dalian Refinery in China. Expectations are to restart the units by May 16.
Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Limited delayed the restart of the 32,000-BBL/d Hydrocracker 1 at its 300,000-BBL/d Mangalore Refinery in India due to additional needed repairs. Expectations now are to restart the unit by March 20.
Jordan Petroleum Refinery Company (JPRC) has only one unit fully operating at its 104,700-BBL/d Zarqa Refinery in Jordan. The 74,500-BBL/d Crude Distillation Unit (CDU) 3 is online while the 17,900-BBL/d CDU 1 and 12,300-BBL/d CDU 2 have been mothballed since February 28, 2022, in accordance with production planning. As a result, nine units have been operating at 70% throughput since May 4, 2022. As of now, tentative expectations are to restart the CDU 1 and CDU 2 along with downstream units by June 15.
