Gazprom Neft PAO continues with a planned maintenance shutdown of the 16,000-BBL/d Isomerization (Isomalk-2), 10,400-BBL/d Visbreaker and Sulfur Recovery (UPS) units at its 400,000-BBL/d Omsk Refinery in Russia. The units shut down in mid-September and October, and are scheduled to be back online in late October and early November, respectively. Meanwhile, the reconstruction of the 4,600-BBL/d Catalytic Reformer L-35/11-600 unit is ongoing, and the unit is expected to be restarted at the end of November.
PDVSA remains unable to restart the processing units at its 295,000-BBL/d Cardon Refinery in Venezuela, due to utility issues. The whole refinery was forced to shut down on October 20 due to a power blackout.
