Phillips 66 continues with an unplanned shutdown of the 30,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit (FCCU) 40 at its 146,000-BBL/d refinery in Borger, Texas. Although an actual restart date is not known, the unit is expected to be down until at least mid-May.

Eni Spa is performing an approximately eight-week plant-wide maintenance turnaround at its 113,200-BBL/d Livorno Refinery in Italy. The completion is expected in the middle of June.

Hebei Xinhai Chemical Group Company Limited, on April 25, started a 40-day planned plant-wide turnaround at its 120,000-BBL/d Cangzhou Refinery in China. Expectations are to restart the units by June 3.
