Valero, on January 15, started a 56-day planned maintenance turnaround of seven units at its 325,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Port Arthur Refinery in Texas.

Valero, in late January, will conduct a 29-day planned maintenance turnaround of the 235,000-BBL/d Crude 2 (Sour),180,000-BBL/d Vacuum 2 and 80,000-BBL/d Delayed Coker units at its 235,000-BBL/d Saint Charles Refinery in Louisiana.

PDVSA has accelerated a turnaround of the 75,000-BBL/d Crude 2 unit at its 220,000-BBL/d Cardon Refinery in Venezuela. The turnaround began on January 12, with the repairs expected to be completed by the end of the month.
