Tunisia's Société Tunisienne des Industries de Raffinage (STIR) plans to expand its refinery in Bizerte, Tunisia, by the end of 2025. The project, which would involve changing major equipment and upgrading and expanding the lone crude distillation unit, is in its study phase.
