In the West Coast region, Oregon and Washington both show a high amount of upcoming natural gas maintenance, such as the planned outage for Unit 1 at the Klamath Falls combined-cycle plant in Oregon, owned by Iberdrola SA (Bilbao, Spain), which is expected to last 35 days over April and May.
