The new plant will be called Zybach Natural Gas Processing and will be handled by the Hobart Ranch Office in Canadian, Texas. Hanover Russell (Broken Arrow, Oklahoma), a subsidiary of Hanover Compressor Company (NYSE: HC)(Houston, Texas) will manufacture the equipment and install the new plant. Construction began in early June 2004 and upon completion in December 2004, will have a natural gas processing capacity of 150 mmscfd.

Enbridge Gathering North Texas LP (known as the North Texas System) is a pipeline, processing and gas treating system serving the Northeast Texas Region which extends from the Forth Worth Basin on to the Mid-Continent and Gulf Coast Region. With more than 2,251 miles of natural gas liquids and gathering lines, the North Texas System includes five processing plants, four gas treating facilities with 46 compressors totalling over 60,000 horsepower with a daily throughput capacity of 217 mmscfd of natural gas.
