Regional gasoline prices spiked after a fire broke out early Friday morning at Philadelphia Energy Solutions' 335,000-barrel-per-day refinery in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, according to news reports. A smaller fire broke out at the refinery earlier this month, which was quickly extinguished.
