Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Renewable energy company Iberdrola (Balboa, Spain) has signed a memorandum of understanding with investment firm AXA IM Alts (Paris, France) to collaborate on the upcoming La Manche offshore auction tender, which involves the award of approximately 1 gigawatt (GW) of offshore wind in Normandy, France.
