North America
Irving Oil will begin a five-week turnaround of the 25,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit (FCCU) 25 (old) and 8,000-BBL/d Sulfuric Alkylation (SF Alky) units in spring 2022 at its 300,000-BBL/d refinery in Saint John, New Brunswick.

Pemex TRI continues with planned repairs on the 22,500-BBL/d Reformer #3 (CCR), 95,000-BBL/d Crude Primaria 3 (Unit AS) and 14,000-BBL/d Vacuum 2, and associated units, at its 243,000-BBL/d refinery in Salamanca, Mexico. The turnaround began on October 10, with the completion and restart expected by late November. The refinery has been running at lower rates during the turnaround.

International
Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company (BAORC) continues with a 30-day planned turnaround of eight units at its 340,000-BBL/d Bandar Abbas Refinery in Iran. Expectations are to complete repairs and restart the units by November 25.

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) continues to operate its 320,000-BBL/d Kochi Refinery in India at 85% due to production planning. The 110,000-BBL/d Crude Distillation Unit (CDU) 2 has been operating at 82%, and the 210,000-BBL/d CDU 3 at 86% since November 8, but they are tentatively expected to resume full throughput by November 22.

Tehran Oil Refining Company (TORC) has delayed the restart of the 20,000-BBL/d Hydrocracker Unit 2 at its 250,000-BBL/d Tehran Refinery in Iran due to some additional repairs needed. The restart now is expected by November 12.
