Phillips 66's Bayou Bridge Pipeline was expected to begin operations of the Louisiana segment on January 15, carrying 480,000 barrels per day (BBL/d) of Permian crude. Marathon and Crimson Midstream will continue open season on its Swordfish Pipeline in the state until the end of January. Swordfish's capacity will range from 170,000 to 600,000 BBL/d of crude when operational in 2020. Tallgrass Energy continues construction on its Seahorse Pipeline, which runs from Cushing, Oklahoma, to St. James, Louisiana, and will carry 800,000 BBL/d when operational in 2020.
