The auto giant Maruti Suzuki, which is one of the largest car manufacturers in India, has been given permission to operate its Manesar plant. Though the production at the Maruti plant is still on hold, the district administration has allowed the company to resume maintenance on a single-shift basis. The company had closed the plant on March 22 due to the COVID-19 lockdown.
