NavigatIIR - EIA: U.S. Natural Gas-Fired Generation in First-Half 2020 Increases 9% from 2019
While total U.S. power generation declined 5% year-over-year in the first half of 2020, the amount of power generated from natural gas increased nearly 55,000 gigawatt-hours (GWh), or 9%, according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA).
