Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Ningxia Petrochemical Company, a subsidiary of China National Petroleum Corporation (PetroChina) based in the northwestern Ningxia province, plans to spend more than US$93 million on 22 projects at its Yinchuan refinery.
Projects at the Yinchuan refinery include upgrades and a 50-day, plant-wide turnaround, along with other maintenance. The 50-day turnaround is expected to run from July to August, covering units such as the 100,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Crude Distillation Unit (CDU) 2; the 52,000-BBL/d Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit (FCCU) 2; and the 12,000-BBL/d Continuous Catalyst Regeneration (CCR) 2.
