Construction started in March 2009 for a 1.2 million-square-foot building to be constructed on 118 acres that will support the company's regional retail operations. Located on the south site of Interstate 10 between Katy, Texas, and Brookshire, the main building will be approximately 988,000 square feet and the maintenance building will be more than 12,000 square feet.
