Several scenarios are presently being studied, with the largest encompassing the construction of over fifty new tanks and supporting facilities, such as rail & truck loading, as well as ship unloading. The capital investment being considered could surpass $50 million depending on the scope selected. Stolt-Nielsen will utilize an E+P+C construction strategy and hopes to begin the civil work in mid-to-late 2004.
