NOVA Chemicals also is performing a planned maintenance turnaround at its 485 million-pound-per-year Saint Clair polyethylene plant in Corunna, and expectations are to restart the plant in the first week of October.
The company recently completed construction and commissioning at its new, estimated 1 billion-pound-per-year Rokeby polyethylene plant in Corunna, and expectations are to attempt a startup in October once feedstock from the petrochemical plant is available.
