Marathon's 70,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) refinery in Texas City, Texas, lost power on February 5 due to freezing weather. Plant personnel hope to have the facility back online by the coming weekend, barring any possible damage to equipment or piping.

International
Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) continues with a 26-day planned turnaround of the 70,000-BBL/d Diesel Hydrotreater 2 at its 660,000-BBL/d Jamnagar Domestic Tariff Area Refinery in India. The turnaround was accelerated to begin on January 26, and the restart is expected by February 20.

Api Raffineria Di Ancona S p A continues with a plant-wide maintenance turnaround at its 85,000-BBL/d Api Ancona Refinery in Italy. The turnaround started in early January, and the restart is expected by mid-February.
