Pemex TRI, on November 4, began a 14-day planned turnaround of the 20,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Gasoline Hydrotreater 2 at its 177,000-BBL/d refinery in Ciudad Madero, Mexico. The refinery continues processing a total of 106,000-BBL/d and will continue as such throughout the month.

BP Raffinaderij Rotterdam B.V has rescheduled the completion of a planned partial turnaround at its 400,000-BBL/d Rotterdam Refinery in the Netherlands. The maintenance shutdown involving four units and associated units now is expected to be completed in early December.

Acelen continues a three-month turnaround of four units at its 314,500-BBL/d Refinaria de Mataripe (RLAM) Refinery in Brazil. Separately, the 115-day general maintenance on the 63,000-BBL/d Crude Topping 2 (U-9) and 10,700-BBL/d Lube Oil Dewaxing (U-18) units remains on schedule for completion by January 2023.

Esso Raffinage SAF has restarted its 240,000-BBL/d Port-Jerome Gravenchon and 140,000-BBL/d Fos-sur-Mer refineries in France, after unions and management reached an agreement resolving strike action.
