North America
Motiva, on February 27, shut down the 110,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Delayed Coker Unit (DCU) 2 at its 640,000-BBL/d Port Arthur, Texas, refinery, for minor repairs that are expected to last seven to 10 days.

Delek Refining continues with a planned plant-wide maintenance turnaround at its 62,000-BBL/d Tyler, Texas refinery. The turnaround is expected to end March 4.

International
Total Refining & Chemicals, on February 27, was forced to shut down its 230,000-BBL/d Donges Refinery in France due to a glitch in an electrical transformer. IIR continues to monitor the situation and will issue an update when more information is available.

Cepsa, today, March 1, began shutting down the 115,000-BBL/d Crude 2, 47,000-BBL/d Hydrocracker and 28,300-BBL/d HDS 4 (Gas Oil) units and associated units at its 221,000-BBL/d La Rabida Refinery in Spain, for a 34-day planned maintenance turnaround.
