Monroe Trainer, on November 16, expects to restart the 68,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Fluid Catalytic Cracker (FCCU) Unit and 12,000-BBL/d Hydrofluoric Alkylation (HF Alky) Unit at its 195,000-BBL/d refinery in Trainer, Pennsylvania.

Formosa Petrochemical Corporation (FPCC) continues with a shutdown of the 84,000-BBL/d Residue Fluid Catalytic Cracker (RFCCU) 1 at its 540,000-BBL/d Mailiao Refinery in Taiwan. Expectations are to restart the unit by November 25.

Khartoum Refinery Company Limited's 51,000-BBL/d crude complex at its Khartoum Refinery in Sudan is offline due to civil unrest in the region. Tentative expectations are to resume operations by February 15, 2024.
