West Coast, New England Lead in Life Science Capital Projects

The West Coast and New England lead in total investment value (TIV), with 275 projects worth US$21.4 billion, and 216 projects worth US$21 billion, respectively. These regions are followed by the Northeast, with 182 projects worth US$19.5 billion; the Mid-Atlantic, with 241 projects worth US$18.1 billion; the Great Lakes, with 253 projects worth $16 billion; the Southeast, with 198 projects worth US$9.4 billion; the Midwest, with 116 projects worth US$6.1 billion, and the Southwest, with 105 projects worth US$6 billion.
