Canada's Propane, Butane Exports Grew in 2024 - Canadian exports of propane and butane grew significantly in 2024 as natural gas production increased in the country, according to new data from the Canada Energy Regulator on Wednesday. The data for 2024 showed Canadian propane exports averaged 218,300 barrels per day (BBL/d), a 9.2% increase from the previous year, while butane exports surged 15% to an average of 56,100 BBL/d. ONEOK to Buy Remaining Stake of Delaware Basin JV for $940 Million - U.S. pipeline operator ONEOK Incorporated (Tulsa, Oklahoma) said on Tuesday that it had bought the remaining stake in Delaware Basin JV from NGP XI Midstream Holdings in a cash-and-stock deal valued at $940 million. The group operates natural gas gathering and processing facilities in West Texas and New Mexico's Delaware Basin, with a total processing capacity exceeding 700 million cubic feet per day. (Reuters)

U.S. Crude Oil Inventories Fall - U.S. crude oil stockpiles fell last week as oil refiners ramped up production, while fuel inventories rose amid weaker demand. Crude oil inventories fell by 4.3 million barrels to 436.1 million barrels in the week ending May 30, the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) said. Refinery crude runs rose by 670,000 BBL/d, the EIA said, while utilization rates jumped 3.2 percentage points to 93.4% of total capacity. Gasoline stocks rose by 5.2 million barrels in the week to 228.3 million barrels, the EIA said. Distillate stockpiles rose by 4.2 million barrels in the week to 107.6 million barrels. (Reuters)
