Colombian refiner Ecopetrol is seeing a small recovery in its refineries' production this month compared with April. The 35,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) FCCU (UOP 2) at its 250,000-BBL/d Barrancabermeja Refinery was restarted after it was shut down on April 9 due to COVID-19 risks among workers. The facility has increased operational run rates up to 65% of normal capacity, from the 45% it was previously running.
