Calumet Lubricants will begin out procedures today, October 18, for a plant-wide maintenance turnaround at its 60,000-BBL/d Shreveport, Louisiana, refinery. Phillips 66 shut down the 18,500-BBL/d Reformer 244 on October 17, and is in the process of shutting down the 16,740-BBL/d Unisar Jet/Diesel Hydrotreater 248 for the planned turnaround at its 82,000-BBL/d Rodeo refinery in California. Meanwhile, the 23,000-BBL/d Hydrocracker 246 continues with planned repairs that began on October 3.
