Malaysia Commits to Higher Biodiesel Blending

Increasing domestic blending mandates would support the palm oil market as biodiesel exports are predicted to reach their lowest in six years. According to the Malaysian Biodiesel Association, the country's biodiesel exports continue to dwindle from 362,000 tons in 2021 to 300,000 tons this year. The government is planning to introduce a higher blend of biodiesel (B30) by 2030.
