Mid-Atlantic Market Region Cooking Up a Pot with $3.2 Billion in Project Expenditures

The region comprises Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia. The current pipeline of projects has slightly more than $1 billion that is under construction, with many still open to bidding opportunities. Projects slated for kickoff in 2017 stand at $1.2 billion, and figures for 2018 are more than $500 million.
