Missouri Fertilizer Producer Underway with Large Expansion Plans

Construction began late in 2004 for an estimated 140,000 square foot steel building addition to the company's existing 32-acre plant site.

System Buildings Incorporated (Saint Joseph, Missouri) is the general contractor for the structural portion of this project, which is expected to be complete within the next few weeks. Albaugh will manage most of the equipment installations in-house. Installation is scheduled to begin next month and includes multiple large storage tanks, packaging systems, as well as process systems for production equipment.

This new building will be home to multiple production and packaging areas producing herbicides packaged in containers ranging in size from 2.5 gallons to 30 gallons.
