NavigatIIR: Key U.S. Refineries Prepare for Multiple Shutdowns in Fourth Quarter

Refiners are preparing to temporarily halt 8.5% of the total U.S. distillation capacity--about 1.6 million barrels per day (BBL/d)--during the autumn months--about 400,000 barrels down from the same period last year, according to IIR Energy.
