Parkinson Technologies Nears Completion of Plant Expansion

Parkinson Technologies Incorporated (Woonsocket, R.I.) has an expansion underway at their plant in Woonsocket, Rhode Island to add approximately 20,000 square feet of building expansion, bringing the total plant size to 100,000 square feet. Construction will be complete by the fall of 2001 and this project will provide space for the consolidation of two other plants in Rhode Island producing equipment supporting the production of plastics.

This project will be the second expansion of the Woonsocket site since Parkison relocated to this site in 1995. Parkinson Technologies is a privately held company and was established over 100 years ago.
