The Industrial Company (TIC), based in Steamboat, Colorado, was selected to perform the general construction contract.
Lauren Engineers and Constructors Incorporated (Abilene, Texas) provided the design and engineering services for this new unit. Equipment tie-ins will be completed during a February 2006 ten-day turnaround. Sid Richardson expects to have the unit in commercial operation by April 2006.
