WRB continues with a planned maintenance turnaround of the 120,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Crude DU-2 Unit at its 356,000-BBL/d Wood River refinery in Roxana, Illinois. The work is expected to be completed in the next two to three weeks. Additional units involved in the turnaround include the 17,000-BBL/d Delayed Coker and 50,000-BBL/d Reformer CR-1 units.

Ecopetrol is performing planned repairs at its 250,000-BBL/d refinery in Barrancabermeja, Colombia. Four units are in the final stages of completion, and current plans indicate the units will be back in operation by early April.
Ecopetrol, on March 15, began 40 days of planned repairs on the 40,000-BBL/d Delayed Coker Unit at its 165,000-BBL/d refinery in Cartagena, Colombia.
Khartoum Refinery Company Limited (KRC) continues operating its 51,000-BBL/d Khartoum Refinery in Sudan at 80% due to a crude oil shortage. The refinery is tentatively expected to reach full throughput by October 31. Five major units are affected.
