North America
Motiva, on June 20, experienced an unplanned shutdown of the 81,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Fluid Catalytic Cracker Unit (FCCU) 3 at its 640,000-BBL/d refinery in Port Arthur, Texas. The restart is underway, with the completion expected by June 24.

International
Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company (KIPIC) has delayed the test run of four units at its 615,000-BBL/d Mina Al Zour Refinery in Kuwait. It is now tentatively expected to start by August 3. Additionally, the 205,000-BBL/d Crude Distillation Unit (CDU) 1 (Block 1) continues with a test run, and is operating at 50% capacity. The unit is expected to start commercial operations by August 10.

Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) has delayed the restart of the 15,340-BBL/d Visbreaker Unit 2 and 15,000-BBL/d Visbreaker Unit 1 at its 300,000-BBL/d Mangalore Refinery in India, due to additional needed repairs. The restart is expected by June 25.

Peton Invest Technology LLC, on June 22, was forced to shut down its 100,000-BBL/d Novoshakhtinskiy Refinery in Russia, due to a fire caused by a drone attack. The processing units suffered no damage, and they are tentatively expected to restart June 24.
