ENEOS Corporation has delayed the restart of the 170,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Crude 2 (PSKJ) unit at its 247,000-BBL/d Kawasaki Refinery in Japan. The restart now is expected on July 28. Meanwhile, the 77,000-BBL/d Crude 3 (PSKN) and 22,000-BBL/d Reformer 2 (HFKJ 2) units will restart July 22 and the 92,000-BBL/d Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit (FCCU) will restart July 31.
Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BCPL) has delayed the restart of the 120,000-BBL/d Crude Distillation Unit (CDU) 3, 43,500-BBL/d Hydrocracker and 52,000-BBL/d Diesel Hydrotreater (DHT) at its 240,000-BBL/d Mumbai Refinery in India, due to additional needed repairs. The units now are expected to be back online July 25. During the turnaround, the Hydrocracker's design capacity will be ramped up, from 48,240 BBL/d to 67,400-BBL/d.
Kashima Oil Company has delayed the restart of six units at its 203,100-BBL/d Kashima Refinery in Japan, due to additional final inspections. The units now are expected to restart by July 26.
