North America
Delek shut down four units and associated units at its 73,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Big Spring Refinery in Texas, after a fire on November 29. Early reports indicate the fire happened on the 22,750-BBL/d Diesel Hydrotreater (ULSD) unit. The extent of the damage and duration of the shutdown are unknown at this time.

Suncor continues with a planned maintenance turnaround of four units at its Upgrader in Fort McMurray, Alberta until December 5.

International
Showa Yokkaichi Sekiyu Company Limited has delayed the restart of the 100,000-BBL/d Crude Distillation Unit (CDU) 2 at its 255,000-BBL/d Yokkaichi Refinery in Japan. The restart now is expected December 3. The 41,000-BBL/d Toluene Disproportionation (TDP) Unit also is scheduled to restart December 3.
