EIA: U.S. Shale Oil Output to Fall in April - U.S. oil output from seven major shale formations is expected to decline by about 46,000 barrels per day (BBL/d) in April to about 7.46 million BBL/d, the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) said in a monthly forecast on Monday. Output at nearly every formation is expected to fall, and the biggest declines are expected to come from the Eagle Ford and Niobrara basins, where production is expected to drop by about 15,000 BBL/d in each basin compared with March, the data showed. Egypt Aims to Produce 7.2 Billion Cubic Feet per Day of Natural Gas in 2021-22 - Egypt aims to produce 7.2 billion cubic feet of natural gas per day in the 2021-2022 financial year which starts in July, the petroleum ministry said on Sunday. The ministry had said in December that production levels in the calendar year 2020 were at around 6.6 billion cubic feet per day. (Reuters)

India's imports from the United States - the world's top producer - rose 48% to a record 545,300 BBL/d in February from the prior month, accounting for 14% of India's overall imports last month.
