Mexico's Comision Federal de Electricidad Aims for Renewable Projects
CORDOBA, ARGENTINA--February 16, 2023--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Mexican President Manuel Lopez Obrador recently made two announcements regarding the development of new wind and solar capacity to be installed in the northern and southern parts of the country. In both cases, the projects would be developed and the operated by state-owned utility Comision Federal de Electricidad (CFE); financial aid is being sought from the U.S. government and banking institutions.
