SUGAR LAND--April 13, 2011--Written by John Egan for Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--The recent flurry of draft regulations from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) (Washington, D.C.) has created a lot of frustration, but little clarity, for the Power Industry, according to Brock Ramey, IIR's manager of research for the North American Power Industry. "On the utility boiler MACT rule, it appears that the EPA has not really done its homework. We expect that the EPA will have to go back to the drawing board on that proposed rule," he said in an exclusive "Navigating the Currents of Change" interview.
