A consortium formed by Saipem SpA and Subsea 7 is set to close a $2 billion contract for the Rovuma LNG Area-4 project. The consortium will supply the subsea flowline and gas-export system for ENI's massive Mamba gas project, in Area 4 off Mozambique.
