TC Energy to Proceed with Construction of Keystone XL Crude Oil Pipeline

The 830,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) pipeline will carry crude oil from Alberta to Steele City, Nebraska, where it will join an existing pipeline to the Texas Gulf Coast.
