In China's Central Region, which includes the Shanxi, Jiangxi, Henan, Hubei, Hunan and Anhui provinces, the Chemical Processing Industry is planning 365 capital-spending projects, valued at $16.45 billion, that are slated to begin construction in the second quarter of 2021. Plans for a $1.7 billion ethylene glycol plant in Hefei City top the list in terms of spending.
