Commonwealth Projects LLC has received a schedule announcement from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for its planned liquefied natural gas (LNG) production and export site in Hackberry, Louisiana. The environmental impact statement (EIS) is expected in May 2020 followed by a final EIS in October 2020. A final decision deadline of December 31, 2020, has been issued.
