Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Clayco Construction Company (Livonia, Michigan) was selected to provide general construction services for a $25 million expansion of a processing and distribution center located in Greenville, South Carolina, for the United States Postal Service (Arlington, Virginia).

Construction plans consist of renovations to the existing 58,000-square-foot building with the construction of a 205,403-square-foot addition plus the installation of new equipment. Site preparation is expected to begin in the spring of 2009 with overall completion slated for late spring or early summer of 2010.
