Navoiyazot PJSC, one of the largest Uzbekistan chemical producers, has begun production at its new nitric acid unit, according to a press release by turn-key company Casale SA. The new unit utilizes Casale's NA2000 Dual Pressure technology and can produce 500,000 tons per year.
